Shipping Policy – Mazr Lifestyle Innovations

DELIVERY

At Mazr Lifestyle, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. To ensure smooth delivery, please read the following shipping guidelines:

  • We ship all over India.

  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.

  • If delivery cannot be completed because you are not available at the address, the courier service will hold the package for 3 days before returning it to Mazr Lifestyle’s office.

  • If you require special delivery instructions (e.g., leave with neighbour, leave at back door, etc.), please write them in the special instructions box while placing your order.

    • If no delivery instructions are provided and the courier returns the item, additional charges incurred will be your responsibility.

  • If you want the package left without a signature, you must include that instruction explicitly — and understand that neither Mazr Lifestyle nor the courier can be responsible for loss in such cases.

  • Once your order has been shipped, any request to change the delivery address will lead to extra charges.


PROCESSING TIME

  • All prepaid orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you first to confirm your details. Once confirmed, COD orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.


CANCELLATION

  • To cancel an order, please send a written request (email is accepted) within 1 day of placing the order.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted

  • Mazr Lifestyle also reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. 


FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS

  • We aim to supply products of the highest quality. If an item you receive is faulty or damaged, please contact us promptly.

  • Your rights and solutions will be addressed based on the nature of the issue and how long you have had the product.

  • We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
