Refund & Return Policy – Mazr Lifestyle

At Mazr Lifestyle Innovations, we want you to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please take a moment to read our return and refund guidelines before you place an order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A 360-degree unboxing video showing the original packaging and label clearly must be provided.

  • The video should be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Returns without a 360° unboxing video will not be accepted, as we maintain strict quality standards.

To start a return, contact us at support@mazrlifestyle.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the item. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted, and return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must upload a video clearly showing the damaged item and its packaging.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours are not eligible for refund, return, or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable substances, or gases

  • Sale items & gift cards

Please contact us if you’re unsure whether an item is returnable before making your purchase.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, first return the original product according to the return policy above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Once exchange or replacement is approved, the replacement item will be shipped and deliver within 7 business days.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: A partial payment of ₹99 is non-refundable.
